IS VIRTUAL COACHING AS EFFECTIVE AS IN-PERSON COACHING?

Even though your coach will be engaging with you through a screen, that doesn’t mean they’ll be any less attentive. In fact, they’ll be right there with you providing demonstrations and examples of how to properly use your body as well as offering any necessary suggestions for correcting posture, positioning, and breathing.

We’ll also provide you with a customized program through our accountability coaching software. You’ll be able to easily access your exercises on your phone or computer, and be able to perform workouts on demand anytime and anywhere.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

The equipment needed for your virtual coaching sessions is dependent on your budget, space you have, specified goals, and workout plan. After your initial session, your coach will provide you with a list of primary equipment considerations as well as send you links to purchase.
